ATV Crash in Clayton

Although ATVs are fun to ride and seem like giant toys, they’re still dangerous if not used properly. According to State ATV Fatality Rate Statistics, about four hundred ATV-related deaths occur yearly in the United States. ATVs are technically considered mobile vehicles just like cars, trucks, and buses. The same rules apply to them that apply to regular vehicles.

If a driver is speeding, driving under the influence, or distracted by something, there’s a chance an accident could occur. Drivers and passengers are at a higher risk of suffering serious injuries because their bodies are exposed to the impact of other vehicles and the environment. Our condolences go to Smith’s family as it’s never easy losing a loved one, especially in an unexpected vehicle accident. Smith’s family could pursue a wrongful death lawsuit to help cover funeral expenses.
