Piedmont, Oklahoma (December 18, 2017): Two teenagers lost their lives in a horrific two-vehicle collision just outside of Piedmont Oklahoma late Friday night, December 15, 2017. Authorities received notice of the crash just after 11:00 PM and police responded to the accident site in the 15200 block of N. Mustang Road, just north of N.W. 150th Street.
Few details about the accident have been made available. While police confirmed that both vehicles caught fire in the collision, the manner in which the crash occurred remains unknown and authorities have not provided an official determination as to the cause or causes of the accident. The two occupants of one of the vehicles, Luke Ross and Sean Tucker, both 19-year-old graduates of Southwest Covenant Schools in Yukon, Oklahoma who were home from college on winter break, were pronounced dead at the scene. Two occupants of the other vehicle, neither of whom have been identified, were injured in the crash and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Reports do not indicate whether any other individuals were involved or injured in this terrible accident. The investigation remains ongoing and no further information has been provided at this time.
